Their prices are very low, their shipping is the lowest on the internet (beating out Dr Fosters & Smith, Pet Solutions, That Pet Place, Big Al's Online which I shopped and bought from...Aquatic Plant Depot live plants and frogs and snails are the cheapest plus their shipping/handling beat those above-stated online retailers). I plan to purchase more African Dwarf Frogs and anubias live plants in coming weeks. The live plants were packed in wet newspaper, a very beneficial way of shipping such items. Shipping to Oklahoma is a flat $12.00 cost whereas at the above-stated online retailers the average is at least $25.00 and more for live plants and fish, frogs, snails). The shipping time, with priority mail, is better than expected (no more than 3 days)..it appears to be some kind of sham from the other online retailers listed-above that overnight delivery for live fish, frogs and snails is a has to; with Aquatic Plant Depot, all the frogs survived as did the snails for a 3 day shipping. The customer support is very good, the lady on the phone said I'd get the items within a day or two, and a few hours later, I get the box of items. Their email support is very good too, I received a response within a day or so, with enough information to make a sound decision. I would highly recommend Aquatic Plant Depot to any freshwater aquarium hobbyist. Comments: I purchased several types of water plants for my aquarium from the Aquatic Plant Depot. After spending many tens of dollars for plants a large commercial pet store, I was concerned that the Plant Depots low prices were indicative of very small or poor-quality plants. However, since the prices were so low, I decided to give ordering a shot. My on-line ordering experience was very easy. I received a confirmation email, and then within two days (maybe less) I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. Less than a week after placing the order, I received my plants in a box near my front door. The plants themselves were in fine shape and the sizes were very acceptable. Seven months later, almost all are thriving in my aquaruim (the only ones that didnt thrive were those that were eaten or didnt get enough light). I called them and told them what happened, and they re-send the dying plant and missing plant to me on the same day. The replacement came very fast and the plants were in great shape.
